Eden Island is an artificial Island off the coast of Mahe Seychelles, that started its inception in the early 2000’s. I was lucky enough to be part of Ray’s team that was responsible for the Villas on the Island. Out of the 10 primary designs that were established, to be sold to clients, I played a large responsibility in the design and documentation of 3 of them at first, and later, when things quietened down I became the go to guy for the Villa team.

Just about everything was designed from scratch with no templates and a new team. Almost every type of consultant was available and design coordination became a very big priority for these amazing structures we were to produce. It was such a privilege to be able to be there from the beginning to now, where most of the island is complete and the duties for the villa team are done.
