An empty plot opened in the heart of Victoria, Mahe, and Ray was approached to provide a multipurpose design with high functionality that could cater for the high traffic area.

I assisted in forming the plan proposals and provided a highly detailed 3d representation (Rhino with Vray and photoshop) from the main road.
