Some land on a beach on Praslin Seychelles became available to Ray, so we undertook to make something personal, that could still fit in with the surroundings comfortably as well as being comfortable itself. Since 2012 we’ve carefully negotiated the building on the plot with the local authorities and put together a prebuilt house in South Africa, that can be shipped in containers and put together on site and it is now finally being built.

Consistently updating the plans and providing details, including the 3d representation (Rhino3D with Vray and photoshop) I look forward to seeing the complete product of this amazingly situated villa, and I will be keeping this project updated.
